New to Real Estate- Glad to meet everyone! (DMV Area)

Hi everyone! My name is Calvin and I am based in Stafford, VA. I am recent grad from Purdue (go Boilermakers!) with a BS in economics and minor in mathematics and currently working as an internal audit/compliance analyst. I am really interested in real estate investing and have even started taking steps towards getting my real estate license. I understand that's going to take some time and I was hoping to connect with folks from this site and from around the area to get ahead start while I am studying for my final exam. I have an interest for wholesaling and house hacking but my goal is to learn as much as I can, get to know the community around me, and hopefully even get my hands dirty early on!
