New to House Hacking in San Diego

New to investing period and the strategy and I'd like to start my journey through house hacking in the San Diego area. I've been doing all the research I can in the last week. The housing market seems a little out of reach and I certainly don't think house hacking with free rent is even attainable in 2023 as a first time home buyer, but I'm here to welcome myself and stick with this journey. Definitely more to come, and more to post.
