Hello,

I am Curtis and have lived in the North Raleigh area for about 9 years. I work full time in IT but would like to build a real estate portfolio as a separate income stream in order to retire in 15 years or so.

Looks like some great information on the site and would like to learn what I can before jumping into the real estate business.
