Hi there everyone. Happy New Year.
My name is Craig and after a few days of being glued to my laptop reading this informative forum Ive logged on as a member.
Im living in the Bahamas but am wanting to invest in the US property market. My first step is to educate myself and with biggerpockets.com I think Ive found a great starting point.
I am new to real estate investing although bought a 1-bed back in '95. still have it but a life of travelling put the investing on the back burner. Now at 38 I realise its time to get serious. I am wanting to create some cash flow out of my US investing but understand the need to understand the market and have some strong partnerships and networks on the ground.
I look forward to reading more about your experiences and knowledge and sharing my journey along the way.
