Hello Everyone,
I’m a Civil Engineer living and working in Cincinnati, OH looking to get started in real estate investing. I moved to Cincinnati from Michigan last year and have been renting in a neighborhood just north of the city. I’ve spent the last year or so following BP forums/podcasts, reading real estate books, and becoming familiar with the area. My current lease is coming to a close so I’ve decided it’s time to put the books down and take action! I plan to purchase a multi-family property and live in one of the units. I’m excited to build upon what I’ve already learned through BP and books by getting some first-hand experience. Also excited to meet others in the BP community. I’m amazed at all of the information and networking available here at BP – great job!
