First off I'm glad to be part of this wealth of knowledge, my name Jamie but go by (JW) . Second generation Builder, the construction industry is what i know! My wife is a Realtor and we have just subdivided our first piece of property which is set to close 1/10, that will allow for our investing into Re-habing of properties with a Cash position.
