Hello BP!

I'm soooo glad that I've stumbled across this site! I am new to Real Estate Investing (secured first rental property October 2013), and I am very eager to move right on into my second property! I am looking around the North Houston/ Conroe Area mainly, but I've recently started to look a little further.

ANY advice that any of you have, it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to connect with other members and increase my knowledge of all areas of Real Estate Investing.
