Howdy folks, I just joined BP to help start my new adventure in life. The idea was to sell my home in Maryland and move to Washington state, but that hasn't materialized yet. So in the midst of the improvements that was made on the home that I built in 1989 and all the other things going on, including going out on my own, the idea of fixing and selling homes took on more meaning. It has been in the back of my mind to get into flipping for many years now. I have been an employee in the single family home building trade as a carpenter for 42 years, been a foreman/working supervisor for the past 28 years of that. Looking forward to learning the ropes here.
