Retiring Army Bandsman looking into RE as second career
Hi, I’m about two years away from retiring from the US Army at age 52, looking at rentals as a new source of income so my wife can scale back or quit teaching piano. She loves it, but it has taken a heavy toll on her. I want to be able to take that load off her as soon as possible so we can focus more on our family.
I’m excited to learn as much as possible about real estate as a second career, possible next steps, etc. So glad to have found this forum and looking forward to getting to know people here!
