Hello BP community!

I'm a fairly new agent/investor located in Dallas/Fort Worth Metro. While transitioning out of the army I purchased my first home in 2010. It was a foreclosure located in Long Beach California and it has become my first rental property for the past 3 years and the beginning of my investment property itch. I moved to DFW a couple years ago and I'm looking to expand my investment portfolio, work with investors, network, and learn from all the countless likeminded people on BP. I've also been looking at international investment properties in SE Asia and would love to talk with anyone who has any type of experience with this. As an agent I want to focus on REO listings for potential discounted properties. I'm also very familiar with veteran benefits and would love to network with other veterans as well. Thank you Justin I’m glad to be here. I’ve been looking all over DFW. I’m keeping options open as far as the type of property depending on zoning if it can work as a primary residence, multi unit, and STR. I’ve looked around college campuses and medical facilities. I’ve even looked around military installations as well.
