Looking for connections in the Hazleton, PA area

Hi all, my name is Brett and I'm new to the forums, but have been actively listening to BP podcasts and reading there books for a while. I'm looking to make some connections with local, active investors, brokers, lenders and anyone who wants to connect.

I recently exited my last business and am looking to get into real estate full time. I have a background in law and I've started multiple cannabis businesses over the last 10 years, but now I'm ready for a change. I'm currently putting together a business plan for a long term rental company with multiple exit strategies. I'd love to connect with some local active players. 

I'm currently in the northeast Pennsylvania area, but im closer to Hazleton than Scranton/wilkes-barre. Send me a note if you're in the area and want to connect. Im trying to get some people from the area to start an investor group because the scranton and wilkes-barre groups are about an hour from me. Looking forward to hearing from everyone and continuing to learn from the forums and BP.
