Hi! New member from Oahu, Hawaii
Hey everyone! My name is Nick and I am a new real estate investor from the island of O'ahu, Hawaii. I'm looking to start off by focusing on multifamily homes, particularly quads. Any help on this from a local investor would be great! I'm interested in finding a good mortgage broker, buyer-broker, or anyone to talk to and learn from who has invested in this area before.
