Hello everyone,

I am orginally from Monmouth County but currently I am renting in Jersey City living with my brother. Our lease is up in August and instead of renewing we are looking to purchase a property. Our monthly rent is fairly high right now and by purchasing a property I believe we could significantly save more for future investing. I joined this site to gather as much information as I can and learn from experienced investors. Our ideal goal is to look for a property that has future potental for a rental property.
