New to Real Estate, Looking to buy first Multi-Family

Hello,

My name is Matthew Mantle. I am brand new to real estate. I am looking into buying my first property. Preferably I am looking at buying a duplex or triplex in the OKC metro area. This would be first my girlfriend and me to live in one side and to rent out any other units.

After finding my first property I am looking at all different way to expand a portfolio. The main goal is to create monthly cash flow but I'm also not against trying my hand in wholesaling and flips.

Thank you for reading :)
