Hi everyone! I'm John, and I'm a new member from Katy, Tx.
I'm looking to buy my first house hack/Brrrr in West Houston or Katy. The goal is to live passively, by building equity and turning my properties into rentals. My father was able to retire at 50 and I plan on following in his foot steps, except I want to do it at 45! I believe real estate investing will allow me to achieve these goals. I'm hoping to have my first property by 30, I'm 28 as of writing.
