Hello everyone- my name is John Hale and I live in Horseheads, NY. I currently work for my family's commercial roofing company as an estimator. I just purchased my first house and am closing next week. I am going to renovate it and flip it with the help of a carpenter/roofer (laid off for winter). This site has been extremely informative and I listen to the podcasts daily. Glad to be apart of Bigger Pockets.
