Hello BiggerPockets Forum. My name is Barry and I am a new real estate investor/wholesaler in the Twin Cities area. I am gradually getting over the newbie stage and I just received a phone call from one of my direct mail leads. No contract yet though. I guess my first question would be, does anyone here know where to get good comps from free internet sources? I know I should consult with a realtor and ask them but as the person who left the message on my phone said, time is of the essence. lol. Any help, advice, motivation, and inspiration would be great. Thanks all and I look forward to sharing more experiences and opportunities that I encounter.

Thanks for the advice. I'm originally from Wisconsin, but came here to go to the U of M. The weather here is way worse than Wisconsin. lol.
