New guy here!
I'm drinking from the fire hose, listening to and reading as much info as I possibly can so I'm ready to get started on my REI journey. I'm planning to focus on the Short Term side currently. Just finally got my Home Equity cash and am now ready to build my team (CPA, Realtor, Attorney, etc.).
My current plan is to invest in a smaller town in Wisconsin (also considering the UP).
