Newbie Canadian investor looking to invest in the US
Hey everyone!
For the last couple of months, I have been reading and listening to books, podcasts, etc., as much as possible. With each day that goes by, I feel closer and closer to my goal of using BRRRR to buy 4plexs in the US.
I love using the BRRRR calculator, and I think I have found a property that will provide a good cash flow with an infinite COC ROI.
