Hello BP, my name is Jared Rogers and like Angela who recently posted I to am from Winston-Salem, NC. I am an operating partner in commercial real estate investment company and have been recently (90 days or so) heavily focused on the residential side. I am looking at flips as well as rental property and small commercial as well. I recently joined after being really impressed with the wealth of information on the site and forums. I am a big believer in not recreating the wheel and leveraging the experience of others and the site allows me to leverage off of more people than I would have thought possible.
