Hello BP family! I am Virginia Edwards, from Little Rock, Arkansas. I'm a newbie on this site.

I'm so glad I found a forum on this level of wealth of knowledge in real estate investing.

I orginally started as a Real Estate Investor playing in the area of Wholesale, Note-Buying, Hold and Flip, who later started originating loans. A few years later I took my love and passion for real estate into the construction arena and became a Licensed Commercial Mason Contractor and Residential Builder.

Although, I've enjoyed many years of success in construction, I've got a strong desire to go back to what got me started in real estate, investing! Now, I've come full circle back to my original love as a R.E. Investor!

I am particularly interested in networking investment deals in "WHOLESALING" Property, Flipping Notes, and Note Buying.

My target area at the time is mainly "ARKANSAS", although, I do a few other states. Any Cash Buyers, Transactional Funding, Motivated Seller, Title Company or other investors doing OR looking to do deals in Arkansas, please connect with me.
