Hello Everyone, I'm Saeed from New Jersey.

My BackGround 

I used to practice wholesaling from 2016 to 2019. Until I realized that you need a lot of capital to be able to promote effectively. During that time from (2017 to 2018). I obtained a Certificate of Completion from American Insutuite - Somerset NJ In admissiontive Professional. While attending school. I have been a tax preparer, and United States Poll worker and Have gotten reconnected with NJ FlipStaters. Unfortunately, I did not see value in the information that was provided by the organization. Therefore, I turned back to my first entrepreneurial venture Affiliate Marketing. Which took me to Full Sail University from April 2019 to Dec of 2021. I obtained a B.S. in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University. During school, I worked as a Security Officer for Allied Universal, StarPoint Protective Services, and Corba Security. Now, I am working on my personal brand (Affiliate Marketing), Selling on ebay, and Financial services (BUSYLIFFEOUTLOOK) which provides Accountanting Services, Credit Repair, Commercial Inspections, Income taxes, and Notaries. and lastly, I own multiple dropshipping stores.

Why am I here,

I started with BiggerPockets from 2016 to 2018. However due to lack of financial education. I was unable to keep up with the expenses of the Real Estate business. Now, I am tapping back into the industry to learn. Wholesaling effectively, Gainning and scaling Rental Properties. And possibly getting to Fix and Flips over time.
