I just found this site and am excited to be here!  I have some previous experience with owning a rental property but don’t currently own anything right now.  

I just started listening to the Real Estate Rookie podcast and love listening to all of the stories that are shared about real estate investing.  

I recently became self-employed so it was encouraging to hear that I don’t necessarily need to get a conventional mortgage to fund real estate ventures.  I am ready to dive in.  I have excellent credit and access to money for a down payment.  I just need to determine where to try to buy and how to finance any purchases. I currently live near Manchester NH but can move anywhere.

Very excited to be here!  Having bought and sold 2 properties in recent times, I have experienced firsthand how lucrative real estate can be.
