New in the Real Estate investment world. Eager to learn here and on the fiel.
Hi, I am seriously considering getting involved as a Real Estate investor. My initial plan is to flip houses 2 or 3 in 2024 and then mix it with rentals using the BRRR method. Not sure how to start but I´m sure I will soon. Any advice on the first baby steps by more season investors is welcome. Existed to join this community of like-minded people.
