Hi guys! My first time posting on BP. So far it has been a great resource. 

Just looking to connect with people in the greater Philadelphia area to get a better understanding of how real estate investing works around here. Any and all suggestions are helpful!

I've been looking for weeks at this point and seem to have issues finding deals that are either flips or rentals so any advice would be highly appreciated. I'm open to any and all strategies that work best in our area:

- BRRR

- Fix + Flip

- Sub to / Seller Finance
