New to this....

Hello!  I'm new to all of this and got here from listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast.  I am a relatively newly licensed Realtor in the greater Seattle area.  I have a full time job in healthcare and have partnered with my mom in real estate as a side job and, hopefully, will be a full time agent in the next 3 years.  Currently doing open houses on weekends and trying to get some clients.

I have never invested in real estate and don't have much investment capital currently.  I also live in an area where real estate values are insanely high, which makes investing a little daunting at this point!  I am hoping to find a way to start investing and am looking forward to finding some ideas on these forums! I've heard some great stories on the podcast and hope to be one of those stories some day myself.  

I can't wait to see what I find on here!
