New Member From St. Louis

Hey Everyone!

My name is Payton Blaylock. I'm from Collinsville, IL which is about ten minutes from downtown St. Louis. I'm completely new to real estate investing as I am a recent college graduate (Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville). I have an entrepreneurial drive and am eager to gather as much knowledge about investing and eventually start applying it!

I think I'm drawn to wholesaling and flipping houses more than anything. If anyone has any advice for a beginner I would gladly take it!
