Hello BP members!!
My name is Jerry, I live in Deerfield Beach, FL. I have owned a painting business for the last 15 years. I have had some experience as an absentee landlord before the economy took a crap. I also recently have partnered with a family member on a fix and flip with some success. I want to learn the business of wholesaling, hoping to learn from and network with active investors.
