New Member Wanting to House-Hack in the DFW Area
Good Evening Bigger Pockets Community!
My name is Michael Whitaker, and I am here to introduce myself and hopefully network with some like-minded folks. I am a HVAC Maintenace Technician in the DFW area, and I am looking to purchase my first house-hack in 2024. This purchase will be made with my son's mother. We are both Navy Veterans, and we want to use the VA Home Loan to buy a triplex or quadplex. Our "Why" is creating generational wealth and escaping the "Rat Race". I want my Children to have financial security and be able to follow their passions in life. If anyone would like to network in the area that would be amazing. It would be awesome to connect with some like-minded individuals near DFW. I have been listening to Bigger Pockets for several months now and I am excited to change my life through Real Estate.
