I'm Cara Hobbs, the Founder and Broker at River City Realty. I've been in the real estate game since 2015 and spent 11 years as a combat medic in the National Guard.
I'm a seasoned small-time investor, eager to expand my portfolio. I'm into commercial real estate, multifamily properties, BRRRR projects, flips, short-term rentals, and long-term buy and hold. My next move? Adding an owner-occupied multifamily property in Saint Paul to the mix.
