I've been on BP for a while but the new feature asked me to introduce myself....HI EVERYONE! My name is Andrew Tyree and my wife and I started our real estate journey in 2017 with buying, rehabbing, renting and....LIVING in a duplex in Highland Park, Los Angeles (you thought I was going to say refinance, repeat, didn't you?). We hit some turbulence with the pandemic but luckily since I was a licensed realtor and we had great renters in the duplex, we made it out and have been able to get some cash flowing properties with a HELOC and life is chilling out!
Real estate changed my life. I am so happy that Bigger Pockets exists and there is a forum where other people who invest can help each other.
I am an open book and have an open "rolodex". Please reach out for any help with lawyers, contractors, electricians, inspectors...I am happy to pass their info along. If I can help you buy or sell a house, even better!
