A little about me:

• I live in Germantown, MD and I invested in this area too.
• I guess I bought my second house hack this year.
• I first got interested in real estate investing after speaking with a classmate in my MBA program. He worked for a large bank and was talking about how he was saving up to buy a second property. He mentioned that his goal was to develop a portfolio of opportunities and use it to live financial free. He's also a close friend now, but at the time he made real estate investing sound so interesting, but also feasible.

I'm excited to be part of this community and platform. Looking forward to hearing different peoples' stories and learning from and alongside you all. Thanks!
