Agent, Investor, Dog mom, Wife
I grew up in residential real estate. My dad was a builder, developer, and agent. Summers and after school were spent on new construction sites, as well as showing and listing appointments. Now after working over 25 years being an agent first, I have shifted to being an investor first. I love to fix/flip but also buy/hold for rentals. I really enjoy helping homeowners stop foreclosure or work with them through other financial challenges, selling their property if needed. Also, helping buyers buy our properties without the bidding wars and help them get into great properties, with equity when possible. Let's connect!
