Hello everyone, new member here.

My wife and I have purchased our first property in Denton, TX in 2022 and recently picked up two in 2023, one in Tomball and a new build in Conroe. Both on the market to rent now. 

I'm looking for assistance on property mgmt. and tax software. I've been using Stessa so far but have looked into "Avail.co" and have been searching through the BP blogs on others.


Looking forward to networking and learning.
