Hi from MN

Hello!

My husband and I fell into real estate investing when we moved and decided to keep and rent out our previous home. It's been going so well that my goal for 2024 is to acquire a second rental property and then see where that leads. I work full time but have extensive experience with renovations and am excited to find a property that needs a little TLC.

I've been in the research phase while waiting for the market to liven up a little but am hoping to be ready when the right opportunity comes along. I've only purchased homes as a primary residence previously so this is a different ball game :-)

If anyone has any advice from the MN area or is in the same boat starting out and wants to connect, I'd be happy to chat.

My question for the experienced folks out there would be what is your one regret you have from your first rental property purchase? Thanks!
