I wanted to introduce myself as I'm a new member to BP, but not new to real estate investing.

I am a wholesaler and rehabber with several hundred deals under my belt and it's great to be around other like minded individuals. I'm not here to learn about real estate investing strategies but to give back and help those people who are looking to do their first deal.

This is a great place to be and I wish I would have known about it sooner!

My strong points are marketing and flipping houses. If anyone needs help please feel free to ask. I don't hold back because there are enough deals out there to go around! If you have cash buyers and private money you can write your own ticket in this business because the deals are always there.
