Hello! My name is Kenny, and I am new to REI. I am currently reading a few books, spending time on the forum, and listening to podcasts to learn as much as I can. I'm looking forward to making connections and hopefully building a team.
I have a primary home with about 100k in equity, and I plan to use some of it to get into my first investment property. Ideally, I am looking for turn-key properties for the first investment or minor repair. I have experience doing renovations, but it is not my first choice regarding the first property.
