New to real estate

Francisco Gomez

Hello I’m new and want to learn as much as I can about real estate investing. I’m starting realtor school soon. I tried finding a mentor on my own (for whole sale) while I get my license but that was a disaster. Hope to connect with good ethical people.

One of the most important things to remember when entering the real estate world is to be patient. Take the time to research the market, the neighborhood, and the property itself. By taking the time to do your due diligence, you can set yourself up for success in the real estate world.

Best of luck to you!
