Hey Harit, welcome to Bigger Pockets. Happy to share insights on Columbus and Cleveland market. In terms of cash flow, depending on the market you are interested in. I'm seeing COC anywhere from 8-12% in Cleveland. As far as Columbus goes, it's more of an appreciation play.
