Hey there!

So, I'm new as blue but am super excited about it all. I've read a ton here on BP and watched some of the videos on the YouTube channel and am working on the podcasts. I'm also starting on books. So much to learn!

I live in Washington DC but am interested in landlording 2-4 unit properties (potentially wholesaling a bit, but not yet).

Anyone have tips about good meetups to go to?

As for area meet ups- I would check on meetup.com and search for REI groups. I've had clients meet and connect with great people through this avenue.
