New Member - International Investor Looking to Buy in Florida (Tampa area)

I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets community. I'm Albert, an international investor based in Prague, Europe. While I already own some properties in Europe, this year marks my first foray into the US market, specifically looking to invest in the Tampa, Florida area.

I'm reaching out for two main reasons:

1. Seeking Advice for First-Time International Investors: As a newcomer to the US market, I'm eager to learn and appreciate any advice or insights experienced investors might have for international buyers like myself. Navigating a new market from afar comes with its own set of challenges, and I'd love to hear any tips or recommendations that could help me navigate the process smoothly.

2. Connecting with Florida Investors: I'm looking to connect with anyone with experience investing in the Florida market, particularly the Tampa Bay area. Sharing experiences, discussing local trends, and gaining local perspectives would be invaluable as I move forward with my investment goals.

Additionally, if anyone has recommendations on how to find an agent who is experienced and comfortable working with international investors, I'd greatly appreciate that as well.
