Hello Everyone,

I'm just entering the world of real estate and I *think* I was to start off with wholesales, short sales, and rehabs. I'm hoping to leverage the wealth of information and experience from the BP community and grow a network of "Top Guns" to help me through this journey and eventually give back and help others achieve success. My immediate goals are to meet professionals in my area and other locations, digest as much information as I can, and most importantly, develop a short term and long term strategy that will lead me to dream home on an island somewhere in the Pacific :-) I'm excited to start this new journey and meeting great people along the way!
