It started out as a hobby for me in 2012. In January of 2014 I sold my first lot. I buy and sell vacant lots, for now at least. My next project is to sell some contiguous lots I own.

Yes, the market for vacant lots has a long way ahead. But the key is to buy discounted lots because they sell in any market, though now for a reduced profit.
