Hi all, I'm new to Bigger Pockets and I'm kicking myself for it! I've listened to almost all the podcast and I still was reluctant to "join," I just didn't want yet another email to open... Lol. I've gotta tell ya, BP is AMAZING! I've been investing in the DC Metropolitan area (DC,Maryland and Virginia) since 2012. I primarily focus on Fix & Flip; medium to high end homes.
