New to real estate investing

Posted

Hi,

I want to get started with real estate investing, specially interested in setting up passive income through rental yield. The main areas I am looking at are the bay area, Austin and Seattle. I am open to other ideas and want to learn details of real estate investment in the US.

Welcome Prithwish! You should definitely add Cleveladn, OH to that list. A great market for out-of-state investors who are looking to get started.

- landlord friendly

- low entry to barrier

- Stable market

- strong cash flow

- Opportunity zones

- Section 8 rental
