Hello all. My name is Adam Bergman and I am a 31 year old business owner from Brooklyn NY. I am currently in the real estate field (not directly investing), I have an expediting and project management firm which also does Architecture and Engineering. I am basically a middle man that connects home owners, contractors, Architects, Engineers, ETC. My brother in Law is a licensed Architect and we have different businesses but share an office.

With that said I have about 10 years doing this and 8ish years on my own. I wanted to expand and since I have some experience thought real estate would be great.

I have done some reading on this site, and lurked reading the posts and would like to say thank you to the entire community for the help and motivation. I have also read Mr. Scotts book for investing in and flipping real state and give a HUGE THANK YOU to you sir.

I am not trying to soliciting or advertise but if someone needs any help with New York City Building Department navtigation or code and zoning and such let me know ill be more then happy to help.
