For the past year, I have been reading excellent real estate related posts (some of the best I have seen) aggregated to my Zite account. Until today, I did not realize this was a member forum.

I am a broker (NC and SC) and investor based here in the Charlotte NC market. I have been at it since 1997. I hope to add some value here and pick up some more real estate investing tips.
