Taking my real estate investment leap

Hello All:

I am equally nervous and excited to start diversifying my investment portfolio by starting my real estate investment journey . My biggest concern is being late to start as I am 50!!! I plan to invest in the Hampton Roads area looking to purchase a 5-10 unit multifamily unit in the next 3 months !!!
