New Member - Memphis, TN
Good Afternoon,
New member residing in Memphis, TN. I have a BSBA in Accounting and currently working full time as an Accountant. The only real estate experience I have is passing the real estate exam in New York City back in 2008. There are lots of vacant properties and eager sellers in Memphis and I want a piece of the real estate pie. My goal is to become a successful wholesaler and use the capital and knowledge from wholesaling to invest in building a solid real estate portfolio that consist of buy, fix, and stays and buy, fix, and sell properties to build wealth. I found BiggerPockets doing a Google search on "wholesaling" and I am eager to dive in. I'm looking forward to much success and making new connections.

Welcome to BP. You also need to get plugged into Memphis Investors Group. It is the local real estate investing club. You can to to the website and check it out. If you are serious about doing this you will want to become a member there and get very active here on BP to learn as much as possible. Good luck
