Hii everyone, my name is Katelin and I am so excited and inspired to start this next part of my life, and I am so grateful to have found a community like this! My boyfriend and I are currently renting an apartment for what seems way too much and want to get into real estate investing. Neither of us own a home or have any experience in real estate so I have been looking into BRRRR or house hacking either a duplex or a triplex in the Cleveland area. We live in Medina at the moment and our lease is up at the end of April 2025. I work from home and have a flexible schedule so I have been spending as much time the past two weeks learning as much as I can by watching BiggerPockets on YouTube. My boyfriend works full-time and the only thing that deters me from house hacking would be his longer commute to work. I have also considered short-term and mid-term rentals near the Cleveland Clinic but just waiting to find more homes available in that area. I can't wait to learn more and connect! Thanks!
